Appointments

Access to medical care is available from the surgery from 8.00 am - 6.30 pm Monday to Friday (except bank Holidays)

Our practice telephone number is 01792 295321 where you can make an appointment with the practice nurse up to 8 weeks in advance.

You can also contact the surgery from 8.00 am every morning Monday to Friday to make an afternoon appointment with a GP.

Non-urgent appointments can also be requested via Engage Consult from 9 a.m. Monday to Friday until safe full capacity is reached or via our admin email, admin.w98053@wales.nhs.uk. Howeverthis email address is only staffed during core hours, 8-6 Monday to Friday.

We also offer an emergency triage service.
  • When all appointments are fully booked, you will be asked to complete an Emergency Triage form if you feel the condition needs to be dealt with on that same day.
  • The triage form will then be given to the on-call GP who will assess the condition and determine whether the patient will require a same-day appointment.
  • If you require a chaperone, please inform the reception team ahead of your appointment.
