- New drooping on one side of the face, slurred speech, difficulty raising your arms, weakness, or numbness on one side of your body.
- Severe difficulty breathing
- Heavy bleeding that won't stop
- Severe injuries
- Feeling suicidal, wanting to harm yourself, or others.
Appointments
Access to medical care is available from the surgery from 8.00 am - 6.30 pm Monday to Friday (except bank Holidays)
Our practice telephone number is 01792 295321 where you can make an appointment with the practice nurse up to 8 weeks in advance.
You can also contact the surgery from 8.00 am every morning Monday to Friday to make an afternoon appointment with a GP.
Non-urgent appointments can also be requested via Engage Consult from 9 a.m. Monday to Friday until safe full capacity is reached or via our admin email, admin.w98053@wales.nhs.uk. However, this email address is only staffed during core hours, 8-6 Monday to Friday.
We also offer an emergency triage service.
- When all appointments are fully booked, you will be asked to complete an Emergency Triage form if you feel the condition needs to be dealt with on that same day.
- The triage form will then be given to the on-call GP who will assess the condition and determine whether the patient will require a same-day appointment.
- If you require a chaperone, please inform the reception team ahead of your appointment.
Do it Online
You can also use our online service which opens at 9 am every morning Monday to Friday and closes when safe capacity is reached.
Click here to access the service.
You can also use our admin email address admin.w98053@wales.nhs.uk to submit any admin queries or any non-urgent requests.
This is monitored between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. This is NOT to be used for any URGENT requests.
